What to Wear: Holiday Work Party

Last week I featured what to wear: Holiday Girls Night. This week I will be featuring 2 outfits for a Holiday work party.  My work party has been casual the last few years but I know some of you will be attending a more formal party. So of course you need two options: casual & dressy. And of course both outfits are going to include the color block texture necklace that is included in the awesome 3 wise women giveaway!

I may have to pick up a similar top for  the work Holiday parties I will be attending! I love how both looks are very classic, chic and the red is perfect for the Holidays!
